Creative Art Teacher Wanted – High-Performing School in Ealing – September Start

A high-performing and creatively driven school in Ealing is looking to appoint an inspiring Art Teacher for a September start to deliver engaging Art lessons across KS3 and KS4. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Art Teacher who places creativity at the heart of their teaching. The Art department boasts excellent facilities. We are seeking a dedicated Art Teacher to inspire students in Art. This Art Teacher role offers the chance to lead art clubs and support GCSE portfolios in Art.

Location: Ealing 

Role: Art Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent) 

Salary: MPS/UPS – For a creative Art Teacher 

Start Date: September – Seeking an inspiring Art Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging Art lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
  • Inspire students to express themselves through visual storytelling in both traditional and contemporary media.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Art curriculum.
  • Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Art.
  • Lead art clubs and support students with GCSE portfolios and creative enrichment projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related field.

  • Strong subject knowledge in both traditional and contemporary art media.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire creativity in art.
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to a vibrant school art community.
