About the Role
In this role, you’ll be supporting users via email, monitoring marketplace content, handling disputes, and helping prevent online fraud. You’ll play an important role in ensuring a trustworthy and secure platform for all users.
Your main tasks include:
Providing written support to users and resolving inquiries via email (no calls).
Monitoring user-generated content and ensuring compliance with policies.
Detecting potential fraud or policy violations and taking appropriate action.
Managing complaints and disputes between buyers and sellers.
Collaborating with teammates and contributing feedback to improve processes.
Who You Are
Fluent in Norwegian and comfortable with English in a work environment.
A great communicator with an eye for detail.
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic digital space.
A team player with a genuine interest in tech, marketplaces or digital media.
Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not a must.
