Customer Support – Dutch/Flemish Speaking (Hybrid in Malta)

About the position

On behalf of our client – a global expert in content moderation and online safety – we are looking for Dutch/Flemish-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international team based in sunny Malta.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be part of a dedicated team ensuring that users across various online marketplaces have a safe and secure experience. Your role will involve responding to customer inquiries and complaints via email (no phone support), as well as reviewing and moderating content to ensure it aligns with internal guidelines and legal requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries and complaints through email (no calls).

• Review user-generated content to ensure it complies with internal policies and local laws.

• Identify and report suspicious or harmful activity.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and welcoming platform for all users.

What You Need:

• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (written and spoken).

• Basic to conversational English.

• Great attention to detail and decision-making skills.

• Computer literacy and ability to multitask.

• A proactive attitude – experience is not required!
