๐ Contract Type: Initial 12-month contract, renewable, with potential for permanent placement

โจ What Youโll Do:
๐ Support small and medium-sized businesses via chat, email, and phone
๐ ๏ธ Provide technical support, bug reporting, and platform guidance
๐ Improve user experience and satisfaction across self-service products
๐ฌ Resolve advertiser issues and deliver a consistently positive brand experience
๐๏ธ Maintain job-related documentation and records
๐ Identify trends and propose solutions to common user challenges
๐ฏ What Weโre Looking For:
๐ฃ๏ธ Hebrew (C2 level) & English (B2+) fluency
๐ EU passport, residence permit, or protection status (must be legally able to work in Portugal)
๐ก Experience or interest in the advertising industry is a plus
๐ง Tech-savvy and confident with Microsoft Office tools
๐ฃ Strong communication skills and a calm, resourceful personality
๐ Flexible and open to rotating shifts
๐ค Independent worker with a team mindset
