About the position
We're hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join the remote team in Porto! Work from the comfort of your home while supporting a top global travel & tourism brand. If you have a flair for customer care and sales, this is your opportunity to thrive!

Languages: German (C2) & English (B2+)
Compensation: Base salary + performance bonuses
๐งพ Key Responsibilities
๐ Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
๐ฅ๏ธ Support travel agents and clients with post-booking and booking management
๐งญ Provide accurate info on destinations, pricing, documentation, and boats
๐ฌ Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs
๐งพ Maintain service standards and ensure smooth, professional communication
๐ Requirements
๐ฃ๏ธ Native/Fluent in German (C2) with good English (B2+)
๐ Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in travel/hospitality
๐ Strong communication and multitasking skills
๐ง Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
๐ Experience in upselling and using booking systems is a plus
๐ Available for rotational shifts (MonโFri 08:00โ18:00, SatโSun 08:00โ17:00)
