Vous êtes reconnu comme un professionnel confirmé, autonome, flexible, doté d’une grande capacité d’adaptation. L’élégance, la discrétion, la rigueur et le sens de l’organisation feront partie des clés de votre succès dans ces postes.
Idéalement issus d’une formation hôtelière, nos futurs talents ont :
- Une expérience antérieure confirmée (deux ans) dans le milieu de la haute gastronomie et des établissements étoilés
- Une bonne capacité à travailler en équipe et d’adaptation
- Un sens très poussé du détail et de l’excellence
- Vous managez les commis de cuisine
- Vous êtes sérieux, assidu et ambitieux.
Type d'emploi : CDI, Temps plein
Rémunération : 2000,00€ à 2100,00€ par mois

Grand Chef Mauro COLAGRECO, with three Michelin stars, is looking for a Chef de Partie to join his team.
You will be recognised as an experienced professional who is autonomous, flexible and highly adaptable. Elegance, discretion, rigour and organisational skills will be key to your success in these positions.
Ideally trained in hotel management, our future talents have :
Proven previous experience (two years) in the world of haute cuisine and Michelin-starred establishments
Good teamwork and adaptability
A keen eye for detail and excellence
You will manage the kitchen assistants
You are serious, hard-working and ambitious.
Type of job: Permanent contract, Full time
Salary: €2,000.00 to €2,100.00 per month
