Java Developer

H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, USC only

5+ years of Experience developing scalable Java based applications.

Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, Mongo DB, APIGEE gateway, Micro Services, Event Driven architectures

4+ years of experience developing or consuming REST based web services.

2+ years working with Databases - SQL or NoSQL (MongoDB is primary NoSQL database)

Experience working on Scrum teams, Familiarity with the CICD tools.

Knowledge and understanding of technology architecture: distributed and client server technologies

Experience with cloud-based computing

Object Oriented Design (OOD) experience

Object Oriented Programming (OOP) experience

Experience with major database engines including Oracle, SQL Server and DB2

Knowledge and understanding of design and development of modern web applications and mobile technologies

Experience building microservices based on event driven architecture and domain driven design

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
