Job Title: Sales Demand Manager (Hotel & Tourism Industry)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Demand Manager to drive revenue growth by optimizing demand and maximizing sales opportunities in the hotel and tourism sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Optimize pricing and inventory strategies to maximize revenue.
- Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
- Identify and develop new distribution channels to enhance market reach.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, demand management, or revenue optimization in the hotel and tourism industry.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms is a plus.
- Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused.
