VP2 System Analyst (SAP ECC6), Far Tech

Job Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate IT projects for the bank and APAC branches.
Gather and analyze business requirements, define project scope, and build consensus with users.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and change management processes.
Coordinate functional design, data sourcing, and system enhancements.
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and vendor collaboration for testing environments.
Prepare deployment plans, release checklists, and project documentation.
Lead Go-Live activities and post-implementation reviews.
Manage risks, resolve production incidents, and coordinate developer resources.
Ensure adherence to quality coding practices and continuous process improvements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5-10 years of project management experience with SAP ECC6, focusing on Finance modules (FICO, GL, AP, AR, CO-CCA, CO-IO, BCS).
Knowledge of MM, RE-FX, AA, Workflow Management, SAP ABAP, Control-M, JIRA, SAP Basis, and Oracle databases is a plus.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with minimal supervision.
