Customer Support Representative (Slovak & English Speaker)

About the position
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative fluent in Slovak and English to join our growing support team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Slovak- and English-speaking customers, handling inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring a high-quality, professional service experience across all support channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Slovak and English.
Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic support regarding products, services, orders, or technical issues.
Troubleshoot problems and guide customers through solutions.
Accurately document all interactions in our CRM or ticketing system.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
Assist in translating and maintaining support documentation and FAQs in Slovak.
Meet performance targets such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in Slovak C2 or native level and English (spoken and written).
Experience in customer support, call centers, help desks, or similar roles is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Salesforce).
High attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, tech, or travel/hospitality industries.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems and support metrics/KPIs.
Additional language skills are a plus.
