About the position
Our client, a leading premium aesthetic and cosmetic clinic based in Dubai, is seeking to hire a Marketing Manager to elevate their brand and drive patient engagement. This opportunity is ideal for a Arab speaker with 3 to 5 years of solid marketing experience specifically within the aesthetic or cosmetic medical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to the cosmetic and aesthetic clinic industry.
- Build and manage digital campaigns across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
- Collaborate with clinic staff and medical professionals to promote services, treatments, offers, and testimonials.
- Plan and manage influencer partnerships, client events, and community engagement activities to build clinic awareness and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, social media metrics, and patient feedback to continuously improve ROI.
- Stay abreast of beauty and cosmetic trends in the GCC market to align messaging and branding.
Requirements:
- Preferred Arab Speaking professionals
- 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in an aesthetic or cosmetic clinic (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and patient-focused content.
- Bilingual Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Based in Dubai and available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing marketing budgets, CRM tools, and content production.
- Strong network of influencers and relevant industry contacts in the UAE.
- Creative, data-driven, and up-to-date with beauty and aesthetic trends.
