Autonomous Vehicle Field Operations Engineer
- Location: East of England
- Compensation: £29,000 - £32,000
- Visa Sponsorship: Sponsorship available (post-probation)
Job Highlights

Key Responsibilities
- Execute field operations and testing of autonomous truck fleets
- Diagnose and escalate technical issues during shift coverage
- Coordinate between engineering teams and port logistics staff
- Document operational data to improve system performance
- Participate in shift-based schedules (4 days on, 4 days off, including nights/weekends)
Must-Have Requirements
- STEM background and proven technical aptitude
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations
- Strong teamwork skills in multicultural settings
- Curiosity about AI/autonomous technologies and willingness to learn
- Commitment to on-site work and shift schedules
- Fluent English
Preferred
- Mandarin speakers
- UK driving license
