About the position
Now Hiring: Industrial Painter I Worcester, MA
Pay: $18.75/hr
Schedule: MondayFriday, 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
Were seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Painter I to join our team at our Worcester, MA facility. This is a great opportunity to build a career with a well-established company in a full-time second shift role.
Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Paint parts and units to meet production and quality standards

Hang parts and kits on the paint line in sequence according to planning and scheduling directives

Guide the loading of products onto the paint conveyor

Operate lift equipment and burn-off ovens

Set up, operate, and maintain automatic powder booths

Shut down paint line equipment as needed

Inspect completed parts to ensure compliance with Worcester Plant Quality standards
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in industrial painting or manufacturing preferred

Ability to follow directions, work independently, and meet production goals

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-
Must be able to pass a pulmonary function test (Testing is paid for by the company and completed off-site)
