Shop Specialist - Jewelry

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in finding the perfect jewelry piece onboard the cruise ship
Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers
Drive sales by promoting products and upselling to customers
Manage inventory and ensure the shop is well-stocked at all times
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain the appearance of the shop by ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing
Stay up-to-date on current jewelry trends and product knowledge
Collaborate with other departments to create special promotions and events to increase sales
Train and supervise junior staff members
Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements;

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is a strong asset: German, French, Spanish, Italian
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
Knowledge of jewelry products and trends
Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
