Key Responsibilities:

Primary Contact for Airline Customers: Handle incoming calls in German and English from travelers seeking assistance with reservations, cancellations, online check-ins, and more.
Provide Expert Guidance: Offer clear support on airline policies, terms, and travel-related queries.
Fast, Friendly Resolutions: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quick and high-quality solutions while meeting KPIs.
Accurate Record Keeping: Document all customer interactions in the system to maintain seamless service.

What Youll Need:
Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2), both spoken and written.
Willingness to relocate to Brno or already residing in the Czech Republic.
Strong Computer Skills: Able to navigate different systems quickly and efficiently.
Positive & Resilient Attitude: Youre optimistic, service-oriented, and can handle the fast pace and night shifts with a smile.
Tech Savvy (for Remote Work): If considering remote work in the future, you'll need a reliable internet connection and a smartphone.

What We Offer:
Full-time Role with an option to transition to Part-time after 6 months (based on performance).
Structured Work Schedule: Your shifts (including nights) are planned 2 weeks in advance, alternating between six 8.5-hour shifts one week and 4 consecutive shifts the next week.
Relocation Support: Get settled quickly with 10 weeks of accommodation, travel reimbursement, and a SIM card provided upon arrival.
Unlimited Contract: Enjoy job security with a permanent contract and a short 3-day probation period.
Comprehensive Training: 10 days of fully paid training to ensure youre ready to succeed.
