Your Role:

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness of our content moderation team. Your responsibilities will include:

Content Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to detect and address any breaches of community standards, guiding moderators in compliance.
Coaching and Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to content moderators, empowering them to enhance their performance.
Quality Assurance: Establish and refine quality assurance frameworks to monitor moderation accuracy and efficiency, driving continuous improvement.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Training, and Product Development teams to optimize moderation processes and tools.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, proactively proposing adjustments to policies and procedures for ongoing compliance.


Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (C1) and Ukrainian (C1), with excellent grammar skills.
Education: Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in a BPO or tech environment.
Content Moderation Knowledge: Strong understanding of online community standards and legal requirements.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to make sound decisions under pressure.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail while working with large volumes of content.
Communication Skills: Effective interpersonal skills to provide clear feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in moderation tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace. Experience with machine learning-based tools is a plus.
