The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, well-structured English lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4). There is also an exciting opportunity to teach English Literature or English Language at Key Stage 5 (KS5), depending on the candidate’s interests and experience. Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a recognised teaching qualification
• Proven ability to teach English at KS3 and KS4, with a clear understanding of national curriculum requirements and effective assessment strategies
• Experience or willingness to teach KS5 English is highly desirable
• A strong subject knowledge in English Literature and/or Language, with a genuine passion for inspiring a love of reading and writing in students
• A reflective, committed, and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
• A willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular clubs, events, and academic extension activities
