About the position
Flourish as a Physics teacher in our outstanding Barking school! Permanent, full-time role available.
Our exceptional school in Barking offers a supportive and enriching environment for a Physics Specialist ECT to thrive. We are seeking a passionate individual to join our permanent team and inspire a love of Physics in our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver creative and engaging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
- Receive excellent guidance and support through our ECT program from experienced Physics teachers.
- Develop a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment where all students can succeed in Physics.
- Encourage students to explore their understanding of the physical world through experimentation and theory.
- Contribute enthusiastically to the Science department and the wider school community.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.

- A proactive and positive attitude towards professional development in Physics teaching.
