About the position
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit Turkish-speaking Control Room Operator for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia.
Position: Control Room Operator (Turkish)
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses (including ongoing accommodation)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and verify all activities in the studio, ensuring they align with organizational standards for smooth operations.
- Respond promptly to table calls, quickly resolving issues to minimize gameplay disruptions.
- Ensure the company’s game standards are consistently maintained during live sessions.
- Log and report any operational issues or discrepancies, maintaining accurate records for accountability.
- Provide support to CRO Specialists, Shift Managers, and team leaders in operational tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Stay informed about all procedures, rules, promotions, and game strategies to ensure compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
- At least 1 year of experience in the live or online casino industry.
- Strong understanding of game procedures and operations.
- Proficient in PC operations and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role is beneficial.
- Familiarity with casino surveillance and control room operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of live casino technology or control room systems.
- A degree or advanced education in management, operations, or a related field.
