About the position
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit Turkish-speaking Floor Supervisor for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia.
Position: Floor Supervisor
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses (including accommodation)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quickly identify and resolve any game or staff-related incidents to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Foster effective communication and teamwork with Floor Supervisors, OCR Team, Workforce Team, and other departments.
- Ensure the operational quality and safety of the studio by inspecting equipment and identifying potential issues.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure dealers and shufflers are present during their designated shifts and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Monitor and assess staff appearance, ensuring adherence to the established dress code.
- Oversee game presenters’ and shufflers’ activities, ensuring smooth game rotations and compliance with company standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of Blackjack and basic knowledge of casino equipment-related procedures.
- Availability to work shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conflict management abilities.
- Excellent time management skills.
