With Relocation Support- Dutch Social Media Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Review and moderate user-generated content in Dutch, ensuring it aligns with community standards and platform policies.
Identify and manage inappropriate or harmful content, escalating issues when necessary.
Provide valuable feedback to enhance content quality and user engagement.
Work collaboratively with other teams to refine moderation processes and establish best practices.
Stay informed about platform policies, industry trends, and community guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and contribute to performance reports.

Requirements:

Native Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
B2-level proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically when evaluating content.
Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with online communities and social media platforms.
A strong commitment to creating a respectful and safe online environment for users.
