Job Title: Business Development Manager -  ICT Sector

Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic partner acquisition, drive client engagement, and expand our footprint in the ICT sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with partners and clients, and ensuring the success of ongoing sales initiatives. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and collaborative coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Client Identification

  • Conduct market research to identify and qualify new sales leads in targeted sectors.
  • Actively prospect and engage with potential clients through cold outreach, networking events, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline by continuously identifying new business opportunities and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.

2. Strategic Partner Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners, resellers, and system integrators aligned with the companys market strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process and partner integration.
  • Build strategic alliances that expand market access and generate mutual growth.

3. Reseller & Channel Management

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing resellers through regular communication, performance analysis, and dedicated support.
  • Collaborate with partners to launch joint marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.

4. CRM & Sales Operations

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry of leads, opportunities, partners, and customers within the CRM system.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support pipeline management, performance tracking, and forecasting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, ICT, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or channel sales in the ICT sector.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, B2B sales, and partner relationship management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
