Assistance Coordinators - Torrevieja and Fuengirola!

About the position

Viking Assistance Group is a leading roadside and travel assistance company in the Nordics. Our new business area, Viking Travel Care provides travel- and medical assistance 24/7 365 days a year for travellers and employees stationed abroad, anywhere in the world.

We are now expanding and are hiring Nordic Assistance Coordinators to our offices in Torrevieja and Fuengirola. We are looking for Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish and Danish candidates.

Qualifications

For this job, several types of education and/or work experience can be relevant. Your motivation and personality are sometimes more important than a certain background. However, from experience we know that these qualifications often are a good match:

Experience:

  • worked as a Tour guide / in the travel industry
  • Health sector, Insurance or Customer service

Education:

  • Tourism, International studies, Language studies
  • Medical studies / health related topics
  • Law / Insurance

You need to be:

  • Fluent in your native language and English, both written and oral.
    Additional languages will be a plus.


Desired skills

  • You like helping people and thrive in a hectic environment.
  • You communicate well both on the phone and in writing.
  • You are structured and do your tasks in good quality.
  • You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently.
  • You have good work ethics and are eager to learn.
  • You are positive, flexible and solution oriented.

About the job

Your job is to listen to the customers need, collect information, give answers about insurance coverage, refer the customer to a doctor/clinic, and to collaborate with our partners in the insurance and assistance business. The tasks should be carried out giving excellent customer service and ensuring that the customer gets the necessary assistance. Full training will be given. Good career opportunities! 


Work terms:

  • Fulltime.
  • Location: Torrevieja and Fuengirola, Spain.
  • Work form: Day, evening, nights and weekend shifts in rotation.
