About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate short-form video content in Dutch.
- Identify and flag content that violates community guidelines (e.g., cybercrime, hate speech, graphic material).
- Ensure platform safety and accuracy in content curation.
- Collaborate with international teams to uphold content standards.
Training & Onboarding:
Start strong with a fully paid, 10-day training program that includes:
- Hands-on product education
- Real-world moderation simulations
- Tools and platform training
Earn 254.80 during training!
Working Hours & Conditions:
- Schedule: 40 hours/week (rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, 24/7)
- Shifts: 8-hour shifts + 1-hour paid break
- Vacation: 22 paid days off per year (Portuguese labor law)
- Public holidays: Compensated if worked
Salary & Relocation Package:
Without Accommodation: 1,556.06 gross/month
With Company Accommodation: 1,296.12 gross/month
(includes shared housing in Lisbon)
