Dutch Native Junior Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and contact new and existing clients to generate sales opportunities.
Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that align with their goals.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and solutions.

Qualifications:

Native Dutch speaker.
Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
Proven experience in sales, preferably B2B, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
