About the position
We’re looking for dedicated truck drivers who are passionate about driving, have strong customer service skills, and are ready to roll up their sleeves for hands-on unloading. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
Pay:
- Average pay: $2,000 per week.
- $0.70 - $0.80 per mile based on verified experience
- Unload Pay: $240 per unload.
- Stop Pay: $25 per stop.
- Backhaul Pay: $50 per backhaul.
- Weekly Miles & Loads: 1,800 miles and 4 loads per week
- $1.000 Sign on Bonus ($500 after first delivery, $500 after 30 days)
Job Details:
- Deliver dry freight to FD stores in ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, IN.
- 100 % Hand unload (box-by-box using rollers) with 3–5 stops per load
- Early AM deliveries (Sun–Fri schedule)
- Get started with ride-along training with an experienced FD driver at $150 per day.
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset, 80% of the time it will be on the weekend.

Requirements:
- CDL-A, 21+ years old
- 3+ months TT experience (40ft+)
- Clean driving record | No SAP or DUI in past 5 years
- Must pass DOT physical & drug test
- Secure parking location for your truck and trailer.
