As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly assistance via phone, email, and chat. What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting customers with inquiries and service-related questions
Communicating in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner
Navigating digital tools and CRM systems to log interactions and follow up efficiently
Collaborating with your team to resolve customer needs
Working within a performance-driven environment that encourages personal and team success
What You Bring:
Full fluency in Italian (C2) and strong English communication skills (B2+)
A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
Comfort with digital platforms and multitasking
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends
Previous customer service experience is a plus – full training is provided!
