We’re hiring recent CDL-A graduates for OTR positions with hands-on paid training, steady earnings, and long-term growth.
Paid Training & Orientation

4–6 weeks / 200–250 hrs behind-the-wheel

$300 paid orientation

Travel + hotel covered
Pay & Benefits

After training: $0.56 CPM | Avg $1,300/week

1,600–2,200 miles/week | Raises every 3–6 months (up to $0.64 CPM)

100% no-touch freight | 50% drop-and-hook

Home every 14 days for 2 full days

Rider & pet policy after training

Medical, dental (after 30 days) | Paid time off
Requirements

CDL-A & 21+ years old
-
Clean MVR, no major violations in 3 years
-
No DUIs in last 5 years (max 2 lifetime before CDL)

Must pass hair & urine drug screens

Employment history reviewed (limited gaps)
