About the position
Job Responsibilities:
- Moderate content across various platforms, ensuring it meets community guidelines and company standards.
- Review user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Detect and remove inappropriate or harmful content (e.g., offensive language, graphic content, or policy violations).
- Provide feedback on content trends and report any emerging issues.
- Work collaboratively with the moderation team to ensure effective handling of all content.
Requirements:
- Fluent German (written and spoken) & good English skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to make quick, sound decisions.
- Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.

Location & Schedule:
