Overview of the Role

Join a world leader in renewable energy as a Paralegal supporting their corporate governance team. You'll play a vital role in managing entity lifecycles, maintaining critical records, and providing essential paralegal support to the legal department in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of subsidiaries including formations, amendments, and mergers

• Establish and maintain electronic minute book records for new and acquired entities

• Update entity management database and respond to information requests

• Prepare approximately 5,000 annual report filings across various jurisdictions

• Draft routine corporate consents including banking resolutions and officer changes

• Provide certificate preparation, corporate structure charts, and good standing documentation

• Support attorneys with legal document drafting and editing

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)

• Paralegal Certification preferred

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency with database management and electronic filing systems

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

• Experience with corporate governance processes a plus
