Remote Customer Care with a Cybersecurity Corporation (German Language)

Work remotely from anywhere in Greece! You've got to be located in Greece.

Salary is EUR 1,300 per month gross with bonuses

As a consultant, youll work with top multinational cybersecurity and antivirus providers.

What you'll do:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email

• Ensure full functionality of antivirus protection

• Troubleshoot technical issues using your problem-solving skills

• Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution

• Maintain high customer satisfaction and represent a major brand

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers, showing empathy at all times

• Log cases on internal systems while staying updated on client products and services

What youll bring:

• Fluency in German

• Strong communication skills in English

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities

• Empathy and a passion for customer service

• Familiarity with Anti-Malware and Firewall products

• Ability to install operating systems and necessary software

• Experience troubleshooting common PC, Mac, and mobile issues

• Knowledge of MAC, iOS, and Android Operating Systems

• Knowledge of Firewall, Antivirus products, and Security domains

• Familiarity with Windows OS (XP to 10) and Mac OS fundamentals

• Basic understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, WLAN)
