Your role as a Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will:

• Connect with customers, offering expertise on Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners products and services via calls or emails.

• Assess requests, make informed decisions, and take appropriate action.

• Use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and enhance satisfaction.

• Drive continuous improvements for a seamless customer experience.

What we're looking for

Wed love to work with you if you:

• Are fluent in French (written and spoken) and proficient in English (B2 level).

• Possess excellent communication and writing skills, with a compassionate and team-oriented approach.

• Are passionate about identifying customer needs and providing quick solutions.

• Are proactive, motivated, and thrive in a results-driven environment.
