Sales Coordinator

About the position

We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven Sales Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a background in sales who thrives on building trust and converting inquiries into clients. You will play a vital role in guiding potential clients through the consultation process, clearly communicating our value, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand prospective clients needs and goals
  • Educate potential clients on the firms services and clearly communicate value propositions
  • Build rapport and trust through professional, empathetic communication
  • Handle inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain scheduling for consultations and follow-ups
  • Manage and organize both electronic and physical client files
  • Process payments securely via online payment portals
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in the CRM system
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to encourage conversion
  • Contribute to lead management and business development strategy through consistent outreach

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales-focused role (legal, insurance, or financial services preferred)
  • Prior experience with intake coordination or CRM systems is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to convert leads and close sales
  • Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
  • Empathetic, professional demeanor with the ability to build client trust
  • Strong interest in the legal industry and commitment to client service
  • Comfortable networking independently and contributing to firm growth

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
