Manager Daycare

Requirements:

Masters degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
4-5 years of proven experience in managing or setting up day care facilities.
Strong understanding of early childhood development and care practices.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of child safety protocols, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement a structured, age-appropriate curriculum and daycare program.
Oversee the setup, launch, and daily operations of the daycare facility.
Recruit, train, and supervise day care staff, ensuring a caring and professional team.
Manage daily schedules, child activities, and well-being tracking.
Ensure full compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
Foster strong relationships with parents through effective communication and regular updates.
Maintain detailed records of childrens progress, attendance, incidents, and staff performance.
Coordinate with internal departments (HR/Admin) to ensure resource alignment.
