Position Overview:

Were hiring a Performance Marketing Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of relationship-building, campaign strategy, and cross-functional execution. This is a hybrid role where client communication and project ownership come first, and a working understanding of performance marketing can be developed over time. You'll lead client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and help drive performance-driven results across a variety of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management & Communication:

  • Lead recurring client meetings and updates, with CEO support on top accounts.
  • Own onboarding and maintain strong relationships built on clarity and trust.
  • Translate data and feedback into action plans across internal teams.
  • Create async updates using tools like Loom and Notion.
  • Reinforce proven frameworks and manage client expectations proactively.


Campaign Strategy & Rollouts:

  • Propose new campaigns tied to performance trends and seasonal needs.
  • Write ad copy, draft landing page outlines, and guide creative briefs.
  • QA marketing funnels, spot breakdowns, and suggest iterative improvements.
  • Stay current on lead-gen tactics from quiz funnels to retargeting campaigns.

Team Collaboration & Execution:

  • Lead with outcomes, not tasks, and proactively surface blockers and solutions.
  • Drive campaign progress in coordination with ad managers, designers, and CRM specialists.
  • Own KPIs and client success metrics, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver value.
  • Contribute campaign ideas and pivot proposals during weekly team meetings.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in client-facing roles such as account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a marketing agency or fast-paced service environment.
  • Eagerness to learn performance marketing concepts and tools.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRMs such as GoHighLevel.
  • Hands-on approach to ad copywriting and creative reviews.
  • Proficient in ClickUp, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate work.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with elective medical, dental, or local lead-generation clients.
  • Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on short-form video content and scripts.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
  • Working knowledge of core conversion copywriting principles (e.g., AIDA, PAS frameworks).
  • Comfortable contributing to and managing Notion-based playbooks, SOPs, or campaign documentation.
  • Previous experience as a freelancer, agency owner, or startup operator, demonstrating a high degree of self-direction and problem-solving ability.
