Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST), with availability as needed for evenings/weekends

Position Overview:

Were hiring a Chief of Staff to act as a strategic thought partner and operational right-hand to the CEO. This is not a traditional EA role -- its a high-ownership position focused on translating vision into execution, leading cross-functional projects, managing communication flows, and optimizing the CEOs time and focus. Ideal for a senior operator who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment and wants to make an outsized impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, translating high-level ideas into clear, actionable projects.
  • Lead cross-functional execution on key initiatives across sales, operations, and client fulfillment.
  • Own the CEO's calendar, inbox, and task flow, gatekeeping and prioritizing as needed.
  • Write professional, CEO-style communications across Slack, email, and external messages.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings when required and ensure accountability on follow-through.
  • Provide occasional executive support for personal logistics (travel, events, coordination).


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years supporting a founder or CEO during a high-growth phase ($1M--$5M+), ideally in a service-based business.
  • Proven experience owning strategic projects that drove results in operations, revenue, or fulfillment.
  • Highly proficient in Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, and HubSpot CRM, quick to learn new tools.
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English; can ghostwrite in the CEOs voice.
  • Systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity, anticipates needs, and operates with integrity.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in high-ticket coaching, recruiting, or placement businesses.
  • Prior exposure to early-stage startups or founder-led teams.
  • Background in internal operations, revenue enablement, or delivery teams.
