Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (CDD)

What You'll Do:
- Provide top-notch customer service and support to German-speaking clients.
- Assist with queries related to digital marketing and web design and offer practical solutions.
- Use your knowledge and enthusiasm for the digital space to engage customers and help solve their issues.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and web design to provide informed recommendations.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2) in both spoken and written communication.
- Knowledge or experience in digital marketing or web design (mandatory).
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a digital environment.
- Strong communication skills and customer service focus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
