The Role of Host/ess at SmartRental:
SmartRental is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic host/ess to join our team🎉 The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional service standards and a proactive approach to creating memorable guest experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally to the restaurant.
- Set up and maintain the host/hostess stand.
- Manage and review reservations using our reservation system.
- Handle emails and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist with recommendations for the restaurant setup.
- Coordinate with colleagues and managers to meet all guest needs and requests.
- Organize and update the restaurant floor plan.
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of the dining area and private rooms, ensuring all tables are properly set before opening.
Ideal Candidate: We are seeking team players who are highly motivated and passionate about the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, preferably in prestigious hotels or high-end restaurants.
- Friendly, outgoing, and flexible personality.
- Able to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with ease.
- Committed to delivering high-quality service.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Must have the legal right to work in Spain.
