💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
Handle inbound and warm outbound calls to seniors who’ve already requested information.
Build trust quickly through empathy, active listening, and simple explanations.
Educate clients on Final Expense coverage and find the best-fit solution.
Close sales in a single call or through short-term follow-up.
Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in our CRM system.
Collaborate with a supportive team of like-minded closers and mentors.
