ESG & Supply Chain Compliance Specialist

About the position
We are seeking an experienced Global Supply Chain Compliance Specialist to join the team of one of our international clients – a global company in the technology sector. This senior-level position strategically ensures supply chain operations are aligned with legal, regulatory, and customer expectations while supporting global sustainability and ethical sourcing efforts.
The successful candidate will become part of the client’s global team, focusing on ESG risk assessments, supplier collaboration, regulatory reporting, and continuous process improvements across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer requirements (e.g. ESG risk assessments, Conflict Minerals, UFLPA)
- Implement and maintain supply chain compliance policies, ESG frameworks, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal procurement teams to monitor ESG risks and ensure corrective actions
- Optimize the use of ESG tools and platforms, ensuring data accuracy and generating actionable insights
- Prepare compliance documentation, stakeholder communication materials, and analytical reports
- Drive initiatives independently and contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes
What We’re Looking For:
- A university degree (preferably in Business, Management, Law, or a related field)
- At least 6 years of professional experience in supply chain, ESG, compliance, sustainability, or related areas
- Proven experience working with international suppliers and regulations related to human rights and environmental topics
- Strong analytical capabilities, including working with large datasets to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF/OR/AND, conditional formatting, charts) and PowerPoint (data visualization, reporting)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working in matrix and multinational environments
- Fluent English (C1 or higher) – both written and spoken
- Proactive mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative
