Personal Injury Attorney
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a top trial lawyer in California who has recovered over $100 million for clients and won multiple seven/eight-figure verdicts in personal injury and defective product cases. We are searching for a Personal Injury Attorney to work out of our Torrance, California office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with clients to discuss cases, gather evidence, and provide legal advice.
- Handle cases from initial complaints to depositions and trials.
- Draft legal documents and pleadings.
- Manage discovery processes.
- Maintain client relationships and provide case updates.
- Conduct legal research.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to legal practice.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–6 years of personal injury litigation experience.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of CA
- Strong case management and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional demeanor, with the ability to handle stress effectively.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Base Compensation: $125,000 - $185,000
- Bonus + Attorney Fee Structure

LOCATION:
- Torrance, California
- Hybrid is an option after an acclimation period.
