Home of 200+ attorneys and serving clients from 6 different office locations across California and New York, we are searching for a mid to senior-level attorney with a background in Real Estate Joint Ventures to join the team!

Our client’s Real Estate group has roughly 120+ attorneys, being the largest department of transactional real estate lawyers in the nation! They are widely recognized for their expertise in all manner of real estate transactions, and draws upon the resources of about 15 different subspeciality practice groups. Their strengths include Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Construction Contracts, Property Management, Real Estate Joint Ventures & Equity Investments, and much more. ABOUT THE ROLE:

The firm’s Real Estate Joint Venture & Equity Investments Practice Group is seeking a mid to senior-level associate (3-6 years of experience) for their Los Angeles office. This is an exciting opportunity to structure, negotiate, and document transactions while bringing together knowledge from various disciplines to ensure a holistic approach to every project.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-6 years of joint ventures law experience
• Strong real estate joint ventures experience, including complex real estate limited liability company and partnership agreements
• Major law firm experience is preferred
• Excellent legal writing skills and academic credentials
• Active California Bar admission
• Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Compensation: $220,000 - $300,000
