Managing Attorney
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with one of California's rapidly growing plaintiff firms. We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to lead an Arizona office as a managing partner. No upfront investment is required. As long as you can bring in cases, the founding partners will cover all advertising and initial operating costs.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Oversee operations, including hiring and managing staff (with HR support), overseeing cases, and providing exceptional client service.
- Lead a growing caseload of high-quality Arizona cases and expand the practice further.
- Collaborate with the Firm’s Co-Founders to drive business development and grow the Arizona practice.
- Ensure excellent case outcomes and client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of personal injury experience.
- An active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
- Proven track record of successfully handling personal injury cases and strong client advocacy.
- Exceptional skills in research, writing, and oral advocacy.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships.
- Ambitious, motivated, and committed to long-term success.
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
- Base salary $140,000 - $200,000
- Paired with profit-sharing opportunities.
- Medical, Dental, Pension Plan, Vision Insurance, 401k
LOCATION:
- Phoenix, AZ
- Currently Remote but will become an on-site/hybrid position
