Customer Service Representative (Dutch-Speaking) Relocate to Malta

Location: On-site in Malta
Schedule: Rotational shifts (morning and late evening) | 5 days on, 2 days off
Contract: Indefinite full-time

Were looking for Dutch-speaking individuals to join us as Customer Service Representatives in Malta. In this hybrid role, youll assist users through digital channels and help moderate content to ensure safe and compliant online interactions.

No prior experience in customer support? No problem. Full training is provided!

Your Day-to-Day

Customer Service (Approx. 70%)

• Assist users via email and live chat (no phone support)

• Deliver clear and helpful responses using company tools

• Meet customer satisfaction and productivity targets

• Escalate issues related to fraud, policy breaches, or suspicious activity

Content Moderation (Approx. 30%)

• Review and monitor user-generated content

• Flag or remove content that violates platform policies or local regulations

• Identify and report misuse, scams, or harmful behavior

• Share insights on user behavior to improve platform safety

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Native-level Dutch or Flemish, with strong English (B2+)

• Comfortable with digital platforms and Microsoft Office tools

• Strong attention to detail and decision-making ability

• Positive, proactive, and open to learning new systems

• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
