核心职责

- 能够在高峰时段保持高效产出
- 具备流利的英语沟通能力（中文能力为加分项）

Head Chef - Dumplings / Dim Sum
- Location: London
- Compensation: £40,000 - £48,000 per annum (Negotiable based on expertise)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations including staffing scheduling and equipment maintenance
- Implement strict quality control protocols
- Conduct structured training programs on dumpling techniques and food safety
- Optimize food cost control through precise inventory management
- Lead seasonal menu R&D incorporating customer feedback and market trends
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven professional kitchen experience including 2 years as Head/Sous Chef
- Expertise in Chinese pastry techniques with portfolio (Dumpling work samples are a plus)
- Valid Food Safety Level 3 Certification and up-to-date health records
- Proven ability to handle orders during peak service periods
- Fluent English communication skills (Mandarin proficiency advantageous)
