Location: On-site in Malta
Schedule: Rotational shifts (morning and evening) | 5 days a week with 2 consecutive days off

As a Customer Service Representative, youll play a key role in ensuring platform users receive excellent support and that all content remains safe and compliant. No phone calls involvedyour work will focus on email and live chat, with a strong emphasis on user safety and moderation.

What You'll Do

Customer Support (70%)

• Respond to users via email and live chat, offering clear, accurate, and helpful support

• Resolve general inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain satisfaction standards

• Identify and report suspicious or policy-violating activity

Content Moderation (30%)

• Review and evaluate user-generated content

• Enforce platform rules and guidelines by flagging or removing inappropriate content

• Monitor user trends and escalate safety concerns to the appropriate team

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Dutch or Flemish speaker, with solid English skills (B2+)

• Comfortable using digital tools and working in a tech-based environment

• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment

• Team-oriented, motivated, and adaptable

• No prior experience required full training is provided
