Your Mission as a Branch Manager

As a Business Branch Manager, your mission is to drive branch-level performance by managing retail operations, boosting product and ancillary sales, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. You will lead your team to execute business strategies, maintain operational excellence, and contribute directly to the store’s financial growth and brand reputation.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Branch Manager

• Lead all business operations within the branch to meet sales, service, and profitability goals.
• Manage and mentor team members including sales staff, supervisors, and administrative personnel.
• Develop local strategies to increase foot traffic and boost retail and ancillary sales.
• Implement and monitor sales targets, performance metrics, and incentive programs.
• Train team members in customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement service improvement plans.
• Stay informed about retail trends and competitor activity in the local market.
• Manage recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluation of branch staff.
• Develop staff capabilities and identify opportunities for internal promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Organize team meetings to align on business goals and store updates.
• Oversee store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure the security and safety of staff, customers, and store assets.
• Handle accurate and timely reporting of all branch administrative functions.
• Coordinate shift planning to balance customer coverage with cost control.
• Promote new products and campaigns to meet branch revenue targets.
• Support and execute any additional business directives from senior management.

Additional Information:

• Employment Type: Full-Time position.
• Location: Tripoli, Libya.
• Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 AM - 04:30 PM.
