About the position
Position details to be a Mentor:
- Drive 2 weeks solo only then 1 day meeting at terminal to go over program
- Can choose to not go through with it after meeting
- .40 cpm + .10cpm training pay +.04 cpm productivity = .54 cpm + other bonuses
- 10 - 14 days out
- .4 cpm performance bonus
- Sign on - $500 paid at 1st pick up of student
- Pick up - $250 paid at pick up of each student
- Upgrade/1st Dispatch $250 to Mentor at 1st dispatch of upgraded student
- 10k Safe miles $500 paid when student reachs 10k safe miles
- 20k Safe miles paid when student reachs 20K safe miles
- Training cpm .10 cpm extra paid for Company and PCC drivers
- Elite Mentor .01 cpm paid for each mile of the student after 1st dispatch for 1 yr as Company Driver
Qualifications
- 21 years old
- 6 months OTR within past year
- Pass Urine Drug Test
