Purpose of the Role: Support the research initiatives as a Junior Research Associate. Assist in the execution of research projects, data collection, and analysis within the Research Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Research Associates in the execution of research projects, ensuring adherence to methodologies and ethical standards.
- Participate in data collection, analysis, and interpretation using statistical and qualitative methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the identification of research needs and the design of research studies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communication channels for research findings.
- Stay informed about the latest research methodologies, technologies, and industry trends.
- Provide support in the development of research proposals, protocols, and data collection instruments.
- Collaborate with team members to manage relationships with external research partners, academic institutions, and industry experts.
- Participate in the ongoing learning and development activities within the Research Department.
Knowledge and Competencies:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Functional/Behavioral Competencies: Interest in research activities and commitment to learning; Basic understanding of research methodologies and data analysis; Effective communication and collaboration skills.
