Lead QA Engineer - WFH

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute automation scripts with testing tools.

Create test strategies, documents, and processes.

Report and discuss issues with the development team.

Perform manual and automation testing; create test scripts.

Maintain accurate records of results and test cases; provide project team feedback.

Ensure the final product meets project objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

Minimum 5 years' experience in QA procedures, programming languages, and test management tools.

Strong proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium).

Experience with API testing.

Experience with a programming language (Java, C#, Python, etc.).

Leadership experience is a plus.

Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Good presentation and report writing skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience/Certifications:

Relevant certifications (Azure, Microsoft, Agile, etc.).

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
